We are a small southeastern Connecticut firm that specializes in residential and commercial transactions, small to medium business and estate planning, and probate law. The founding attorney of the firm, Michael Deasy practiced in Connecticut from 1979 to 2004, when he passed away. His daughter, Sarah D. Moriarty has taken over the firm and has been zealously practicing law for her clients since. Susan Morton and Deborah Deasy are Attorney Moriarty's assistants. They are dedicated professionals who care as much about the clients as Attorney Moriarty.

Attorney Moriarty grew up in Stonington and lives in Groton, Connecticut. She loves this community and tries to protect and promote it constantly. She is presently the chairperson of the Mystic Historic District Commission and on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Mystic Merchants Association. When she is not working or trying to promote the community, she is frequently found either organizing or participating in marathons and triathlons throughout the country.

Attorney Moriarty has a BS Degree in Business from the University of Connecticut and an MBA degree from the University of Hartford. Her JD degree is from the Western New England College School of Law. She is a member of the Connecticut and Rhode Island Bar Associations and the New London County Bar Association.
